Prices
All products are charged in British Pounds Sterling and the price of each product is stated exclusive of shipping costs but inclusive of Value Added Tax at the applicable rate and all import taxes.
Product prices and shipping costs are subject to change at any time. Please note prices and charge may also change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated by our currencies, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
Local taxes
Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense.
Payment
We accept payment through Paypal, Google Pay, Shop Pay and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express). Only 3D secure transactions are accepted when paying with credit or debit cards. 3D secure systems are based on a payment authentication process where a cardholder making a purchase is verified to be the real cardholder. 3D secure (ie. Verified by Paypal) is a service developed to ensure that transactions can only be made by the card holder. It is up to the card provider (your bank) to confirm your identity when your credit/debit card is used to make purchases over the internet. You will be required to enter a password that you have previously arranged with, or been given by your bank. This password is controlled by your bank through an encrypted and secure server. When confirmed the order will be processed as per usual.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging sterling into any other currency.
Shipping charges and delivery times
The following shipping charges will be added to your order, delivery times and costs applicable to your country, which are priced according to Royal Mail recorded delivery charges.
UK:
Royal Mail First Class Signed For | £4.50-£6.50 – price calculated at point of sale, depending on weight of item
Free delivery on all orders over £150
For made-to-order items, delivery within 3 weeks of the order window closing.
For items carried as stock, delivery within 2-5 working days, unless otherwise stated at point of sale.
Europe:
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed | £8.50 - £14.50 - price calculated at point of sale, depending on weight of item
Free delivery on all orders over £200
For made-to-order items, delivery within 4 weeks of the order window closing.
For items carried as stock, delivery within 5-7 working days, unless otherwise stated at point of sale.
Rest of world:
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed | £12.50-£18.50 – price calculated at point of sale, depending on weight of item
Free delivery on all orders over £250
For made-to-order items, delivery within 4 weeks of the order window closing.
For items carried as stock, delivery within 5-7 working days, unless otherwise stated at point of sale.
Item condition
Please note some of the items sold by Lore Dress Up are second hand and have therefore been previously used. As such these items may display signs of wear and Lore Dress Up asks customers to consider this when making a purchase. All second hand items are ladled as such and sold as seen, and the condition of each item is fully described in the product listing.
Returns
You may, for a full refund or exchange, return the goods to us by any secure means within 28 days of receiving the goods. When you return or exchange goods, you will be responsible for all associated shipping and delivery charges. We do not take any responsibility for goods lost or damaged during shipping.
In order to return the goods you must:
Complete and include with your return the returns form enclosed with your order. Return the goods in the same condition and quantity as when received to Lore Dress Up Returns, 2 Barcombe Place, Barcombe, Lewes, East Sussex BN8 5DL.
Ensure the goods are unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. Please note, if there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease their value, you may lose your right to return them.
Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount is deposited back into the customer's account. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 28 days from receipt of the returned product. Please note, the cost of the original shipping and delivery charges will NOT be refunded.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted in which case goods will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

We strive always to keep this website up and running, however we cannot always guarantee this. Although we have taken every measure the ensure the products are pictured true to life, due to the colour settings of your computer monitor, the colours of the products shown in the pictures on the atla.is site can differ slightly from their actual colours. We strive to provide precise and accurate descriptions of each product and where second hand items show natural signs of wear we will be sure to mention it - it is up to you the consumer to read all the information provided.
By using this site, you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with its use. We will not be liable for any damages associated with your use of this site however caused.
