Shipping charges and delivery times
The following shipping charges will be added to your order, delivery times and costs applicable to your country, which are priced according to Royal Mail recorded delivery charges.
UK:
Royal Mail First Class Signed For | £4.50 - £6.50 – price calculated at point of sale, depending on weight of item
Free delivery on all orders over £150
For made-to-order items, delivery within 3 weeks of the order window closing.
For items carried as stock, delivery within 2-5 working days, unless otherwise stated at point of sale.
Europe:
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed | £8.50 - £14.50 - price calculated at point of sale, depending on weight of item
Free delivery on all orders over £200
For made-to-order items, delivery within 4 weeks of the order window closing.
For items carried as stock, delivery within 5-7 working days, unless otherwise stated at point of sale.
Rest of world:
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed | £12.50 - £18.50 – price calculated at point of sale, depending on weight of item
Free delivery on all orders over £250
For made-to-order items, delivery within 4 weeks of the order window closing.
For items carried as stock, delivery within 5-7 working days, unless otherwise stated at point of sale.
Returns
You may, for a full refund or exchange, return the goods to us by any secure means within 28 days of receiving the goods. When you return or exchange goods, you will be responsible for all associated shipping and delivery charges. We do not take any responsibility for goods lost or damaged during shipping.
In order to return the goods you must:
Complete and include with your return the returns form enclosed with your order. Return the goods in the same condition and quantity as when received to Lore Dress Up Returns, 2 Barcombe Place, Barcombe, Lewes, East Sussex BN8 5DL.
Ensure the goods are unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. Please note, if there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease their value, you may lose your right to return them.
Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount is deposited back into the customer's account. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 28 days from receipt of the returned product. Please note, the cost of the original shipping and delivery charges will NOT be refunded.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted in which case goods will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
